PAYMENT- Full payment is required after the rough sketch has been approved.
- Payment is non-refundable once the commission has entered the working stage, except if I am unable to complete the commission.

- Payment through QRIS, BNI, OVO, GOPAY & SHOPEEPAY for Indonesia clientREVISIONS- A maximum of 2 revisions is included.
- Revisions are mainly for the rough sketch stage.
- Major changes to the pose, composition, character, or concept after approval may require an additional fee.
- Changes caused by unclear or incomplete references may also require an additional fee.DEADLINE & DELIVERY- Commission completion time is approximately 1–8 weeks, depending on the commission type, queue, health, and real-life circumstances.
- Delays in receiving references, payment, or feedback from the client may extend the estimated completion time.
- Final artwork will be delivered as PNG files via email, Google Drive, or VGen.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY- Please provide clear and complete references before I start working.
- Please make sure all important details are communicated during the rough sketch stage.
- Once the rough sketch is approved, major changes may be charged as an additional revision.COMMERCIAL USE- Commissions are available for personal or commercial use.
- Commercial use includes using the artwork for products, merchandise, advertising, monetized content, or other paid projects.
- Commercial use costs 2× the base price.
- Commercial use does not transfer copyright ownership to the client.PRIVATE COMMISSION- By default, I may post completed commissions on my portfolio, social media, and other promotional platforms.
- If you want your commission to remain private and not be posted publicly, a private commission fee of +25% of the total commission price will apply.
- Please request private use before the commission begins.ARTIST RIGHTS & COPYRIGHT- I retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to all artworks I create.
- You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, copy, resell, or redistribute it as artwork.
- My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI-generated art, image-to-image generation, or AI datasets.
- When posting the artwork, crediting me as the artist is appreciated.REFERENCES & COPYRIGHTED CHARACTERS- The client is responsible for providing references that they have permission to use.
- Fanart and copyrighted characters are accepted for personal use, but commercial projects may require additional consideration depending on the intended use.RUSH ORDERS- Rush commissions may be accepted depending on my availability.
- A rush fee may apply depending on the requested deadline.CONTENT- I reserve the right to refuse commissions that I am uncomfortable with or cannot reasonably complete.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS- I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund if I am unable to complete it or if there is a serious issue affecting the commission.
- If the client cancels after work has started, the refund amount will depend on how much work has already been completed.
- Once a commission has been completed and delivered, refunds will generally not be provided.CHARGEBACKS- Filing a chargeback without contacting me first may be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of an unjustified chargeback, any permission to use the commissioned artwork may be revoked.
- I reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and take appropriate action regarding the commissioned artwork and its copyright.AI & ARTWORK USAGE- My artwork may not be uploaded to, submitted to, or used by AI systems for training, generation, datasets, or style imitation.
